TikivioSending an invitation
Open Settings › Users and invitations (
/o/<your-organisation>/parametres/utilisateurs).Under Invite an agent, enter the address, choose a role and, if needed, a team, then click Send the invitation.
The invitee receives a link valid for 7 days. If they already have a Tikivio account, they join your organisation; otherwise they create their account from the link.
You can resend or revoke a pending invitation, deactivate and reactivate an agent, or change their role.
Roles
- Administrator: settings, users, subscription and every request.
- Support agent: handles requests, replies, schedules tasks.
- Viewer: can look but not change anything.
Depending on the plan (see pricing), you can adapt the permissions of the Support agent and Viewer roles and create custom roles on the 11 permissions, under Roles and permissions. The Administrator role keeps every permission, and nobody can grant a permission they do not hold.
Teams
Create teams under Support teams (/o/<your-organisation>/parametres/equipes). An agent can be restricted to their teams’ requests, requests without a team and those assigned to them.
Number of agents
Each plan sets a number of active agents. Pending invitations count towards it; beyond it, a new invitation is refused with a clear message and no extra charge.
