Reporting abuse or illegal content
To report an abusive use of Tikivio — phishing, unsolicited e-mail, impersonation of a name or a brand — or illegal content, use the “Report abuse” form, or write to abuse@tikivio.com. These two means are also the point of contact for authorities and for users of the service, in French or in English.
The operator reads each report within 1 business day and decides what action to take within 3 business days of receiving it (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France). The form displays a report number, to be kept; e-mails received at that address get no automatic acknowledgement.
Content involving a minor, like any manifestly illegal content, can also be reported to the French authorities on the official portal of the French Ministry of the Interior: www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr.
