Getting started with Tikivio

From sign-up to your first handled request in a few minutes.

  1. Create your account

    Pick a plan on the Pricing page or go straight to sign-up (/inscription). Enter your name, your e-mail address and a password of at least 12 characters, then confirm your address with the link you receive by e-mail.

  2. Create your organisation

    Give your organisation a name (/organisations/nouvelle). The 14-day trial starts right away, with no credit card and the capacities of the Pro plan; during the trial, attachment storage is limited to 2 GB, and your plan’s ceiling applies from your first payment. An account can have only one trial running at a time.

  3. Follow the setup assistant

    The Getting started page (/o/<your-organisation>/demarrage) walks you through four steps, each of which can be skipped and resumed later:

    • Invite agents;
    • Connect a mailbox or create the first request;
    • Install the widget;
    • Choose the plan.

  4. Handle your first request

    In Requests, open a request, reply publicly or add an internal note, then change its status. You can also log a request on behalf of a requester with New request.
