Subprocessors

This translation is provided for information: in case of any difference, the French version prevails.

List as at 21 October 2026.

Tikivio uses the following providers to deliver the service. Each one only accesses the data needed for its task. The rules are set by the data processing agreement: general authorisation for the base list, specific authorisation for the translation of exchanges, and, before any new sub-processor, an e-mail to the administrators of each organisation and an update of this page 30 days beforehand. An organisation may object in a reasoned written notice sent to support@tikivio.com.

Scaleway SAS — Dedibox (dedicated server)

Scaleway SAS — Transactional Email

Sending of the platform’s own e-mails: address verification, invitations, widget confirmation codes, invoices, notifications. When the fallback sending is in service for an organisation without a sending mailbox: acknowledgements and its agents’ replies addressed to its end customers.

E-mail address and name of the recipient (including end customers who use the widget), subject and content of the e-mail; for the fallback sending, subject and content of the exchanges between the organisation and its end customers.

Hosting of the tikivio.com mail service: support mailbox, replies sent to the platform’s e-mails and reply mailbox of the fallback e-mails.

E-mails received and sent by Tikivio support, including end customers’ replies to the platform’s e-mails; replies of the organisations’ end customers to the fallback e-mails, kept in this mailbox for 30 days at most.

E-mails exchanged with your end customers go out through your organisation’s own mail servers (SMTP), which you choose.

The platform’s own e-mails (address verification, invitations, widget confirmation codes sent to your end customers, invoices, notifications) are sent by the sending provider shown in the list above.

2. Only if you enable the translation of exchanges

Since conversation translation is not enabled, no translation provider receives any data.

3. Separate controller

Since online payment is not open yet, no payment provider receives any data.
