TikivioService monitoring
The Tikivio operator keeps a constant eye on the server and background jobs, to step in before you notice anything.
What is monitored
- Server: disk space, memory and essential services, checked every 5 minutes.
- Application: job queue, outgoing e-mail queue, mailbox fetching, pending translations, backups.
Useful alerts
Each problem opens a single alert, notifies the platform administrators, sends a reminder if it lasts and closes on its own once things are back to normal.
What you can see
- In your organisation: the delivery state of each e-mail and the log of incoming mail.
- A public health endpoint only says whether the service is working, with no details.
Limits
Monitoring helps the operator react quickly; it is not a numeric availability commitment.
