One end customer per request
- Pick the end customer when you create a request, or create a new one from the same form.
- Filter the request list by end customer and see its name on every request.
Sharing between colleagues of the same end customer
From Settings › Requesters and end customers, share all of an end customer’s requests with a requester: they then follow them on the portal, on top of their own requests and those they take part in. Sharing can be withdrawn at any time and is always logged.
The requester portal
Requesters with an account follow their requests, reply and add files from your organisation’s portal. Only public messages are shown there.
